​- 入会手続き

  1. 入会をご希望の方は下のリンクをクリックし、申し込み用紙をダウンロードしてください。

  2. ダウンロードしたファイルに、必要事項を記入して下さい。
     

  3. ＥメールでJTIA事務局 office@jtia.net までお送りください。
     

  4. 理事会による審査の後、年会費200ドルの請求書をお送りいたします。
     

  5. 事務局に年会費のお支払いが届いた時点で入会手続きは完了です。

2.    Fill the application form.

 

3.    Send the filled application form to office@jtia.net.  

 

4.    JTIA will send an invoice (Annual Membership fee $200) 

       after JTIA board reviews and approves the application. 

 

5.    You are officially a member of JTIA when we receive the payment.

       (We will notify you via email.)
